Do you need to migrate data from QB Desktop US to QB Online US version? Which QB Desktop year version do you have?

Bringing data to QBO will be done from your Desktop account, cuerolionsclub-g.

I'd be glad to share the steps with you.

First, make sure that your QuickBooks Desktop is on the latest maintenance release. Use this article as a guide: Update QuickBooks Desktop to The Latest Release

Second, check if your company file isn’t too big to export.

Third, follow these steps on how to migrate your data to QBO:

  1. Go to the Company menu, then select Export Company File to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click Start your export.
  3. Sign in as an admin to your QuickBooks Online company.
  4. Click the drop-down list for Choose online company▼, then select the QuickBooks Online company you want to be replaced by your company file.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter “Agree” in the text field, then click Replace.
  7. Select Yes, go ahead and replace the data, then select Replace.

Once done, you can do the following tasks to check if the import is successful:

  1. Run a report, such as profit and loss, on an accrual basis in QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Run the same report on an accrual basis in QuickBooks Online.
