Buy nowHi,
I need to send copies of invoices to our customers, but the breakdown includes some line items I dont want them to see.
Is there a way to hide the individual line items on an invoice so the customer cannot see it?
Regards,
Good day, @FlyGlobal. I'm delighted to help you create an invoice that shows the total amount and hides the individual line items. This way, you can hide the details when sending the invoice to customers in QuickBooks.
In QuickBooks Online, you can customize the Invoice List report, adjust its columns, and conceal line items that your customers shouldn't view. After making these changes, you can effortlessly send the total of the invoices.

Hi,
This was very helpful.
I have now created the template which does not show individual line items.
A question: Can I only use this new template if it is my default template?
And willI still be able to see all the line items? But they just wont appear on my invoice template?
