Good day my deposits from yesterday are not showing in my account can you assist?

However, if you don't want to wait for the scheduled download, you can refresh your connection to get the latest available transactions. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking tab.
2. Select Update.
3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then, click Continue update.

Please take note that this will take a few minutes to update your account. You can keep working in QuickBooks while waiting for your bank data to be downloaded.

If you're referring to when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account, the process will depend on your deposit speeds on the product you're using, and the type of payment.
