Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd be glad to lend a hand with your grouped deposits to appear on the reconciliation window.
Let's go ahead and check and be sure that it's showing All Dates on the reconcile window.
Also, your transactions that have already been reconciled are excluded and will not show on the reconciliation page. You can review your grouped deposits in your register if it has been marked as R or Reconciled.
Another tip is to make sure that the Statement Date is the same as the date of your bank statement.
