Welcome to the Community space, @Lauren.

I understand the importance of seeing transactions on your web browser. I’ll help pointing you to the right support so we can address your missing transactions concern.

There's an in-progress report about being unable to populate transactions when viewed through supported web browser. It’d be best if you reach out to our Customer Care Team. This way, you’ll be added to the list of the affected users to receive updates and learn when a solution is available.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concerns, then click Continue.download.png

Please also take note of the support hours so we can address your concerns on time. Rest assured that our engineering team is working and our representatives will be eager to help you.

See this article to learn how to connect your bank account using web browser, ios devices, or android ones: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once everything is settled, you can categorize the transactions downloaded or manually entered. For the detailed process, check out this reference: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you require additional assistance with handling your transactions in QuickBooks, drop some comments below. I'm always ready to lend you my hand. Stay safe.
