Have some of your Chase accounts *and* Transactions suddenly disappeared from QuickBooks Online in 2024? (Support says 30% of all global customers affected w/o notice!)

Did you also see a bunch of Chase accounts (at least credit card accounts) and their Transactions suddenly disappear from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts without notice? Despite having those accounts connected for years?

QuickBooks Premium Support advised the following when I called in multiple times:
- The incident affects 30% of all QBO customers, GLOBALLY
- The incident started 01/08/2024
- There are multiple Internal QuickBooks Online Investigations:
     • 1st = INV-97884
     • 2nd = INV-97671
- Program and Product Engineers advised QBO Support that they hope to have resolutions within 3-5 business days of Jan 24, 2024; however, I was also told the issue would be fixed by last week.
- QBO Support says they strongly advise against trying to reconnect your accounts (if it's even possible), as very adverse consequences could result and negatively affect the data integrity of your books.

Are you also affected? I see nothing on Twitter/X since Jan 8, 2024 so can't tell if Support is providing incorrect information to me or what.

Please let me know, and thank you.
