Hi there, carmine-vandeven.

QuickBooks Online does not support processing of Schedule K-1 at the moment. Though, you can download the form directly from the IRS website. Then, run the financial reports in your account and use the information in manually processing the form.

You can download the form from this link: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs-search?search=k1.

I would also recommend sending a feature request about being able to process Schedule K-1 in in QuickBooks Online. Please click the Gear icon and click Feedback

What reports do I use to complete the K-1?

I appreciate you joining this thread, @carol-l-ussery,

If you set the shareholder or partner as a vendor, you can pull up a Transaction List by Vendor report to get the details for the K-1 Form. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select Transaction List by Vendor from the list. You can also use the Search field to find this report.
  2. Edit the Report period then hit Run report.
  3. The transaction data is grouped by Vendor.

You can also use the Balance Sheet report to track investments or other related reports.

Check out our Reports Help page to learn more about what reports are available in QBO and how to use them: Reports Hub for QuickBooks Online
