Let me some information about this. We're unable to directly switch QBDT Enterprise company file to QBDT for Mac. You may need to manually export your Enterprise data as .IIF file, and then import them to MAC. I'll show you how:
1. Log into your Enterprise company file as the Admin and make sure you are in Single User mode.
2. Go to the File menu, then pick select Utilities.
3. Choose Export, then Lists to IIF Files.
4. Put a check mark next to each item you want to export. Then select OK.
5. Pick a location where you want to save the file.
6. In the File name field, delete the asterisk (*) and type a name.
7. Click IIF Files (*.IIF) for the file type, then Save.
Once done, you can import it to your Mac. You can check out this link for the detailed steps: Export, import, and edit IIF files
You may also consider looking for a third-party application that integrates the task of converting data.

You have to purchase a 3rd party service to downgrade your QBES file to Pro/Premier/Mac file.
3rd party software ... can someone name an example?
What if I download Windows and run parallel on my MacBook? Can I then download the Windows based version of QB and avoid the 3rd party software?
Thanks for chiming in on this thread, AlanZ.
There are many applications that can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop. While we're unable to recommend one, you'll want to check the application's overview for more details.
With regard to downloading QuickBooks and running parallel, that will work as well. Please make sure to use the license for your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. Then, restore your company file from a backup.
The steps on how you can install QuickBooks and restore a backup copy of your company file is included in these articles:

You can run QBD Windows (Pro/Premier/Enterprise) on your Mac with Parallels. But if you need to convert a QBD Enterprise file to QBD Mac, you have to purchase a 3rd party conversion service. Contact us in private for details.
