Migrating files from QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2015 Desktop to QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021 needs to upgrade to the closer version before converting it to the 2021 version. It is to ensure to avoid file damage. It won't migrate when each version has a huge gap.
