How can I pull over transactions that QB is not pulling over when connecting with my bank?

Thanks for visiting us here today, @2epotomac-gmail-.

I'll make sure you're able to import the missing transactions. You can download transactions in CSV or QBO format from your bank and then manually import them into QuickBooks. Let me guide you how.

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions on how to download CSF files of your transactions computer.
  3. Check the date range for the download. Then, save the file on your Desktop.
  4. In QuickBooks, go to Banking and then Banking at the top. Then, hover towards the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  5. Select the Link account drop-down and then Upload from file.
  6. Browse the file location and then tap Next.
  7. In the QuickBooks account drop-down, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  8. Follow the steps that'll guide you through the rest.
  9. Click Let's go.

For in-depth instructions, check out this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Once you're done, review and categorize your transactions. Here's the link for details: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QBO.

Keep me posted if you have other questions or concerns with bank transactions. I'll be glad to assist you. Take care and stay safe.

Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
