I'd be glad to help re-enter the deposit in QuickBooks Online, @

melanieengland2.

In QuickBooks, you need to record your deposit to match your bank statements exactly. I'll show you how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select the + New button.
  3. Choose Bank Deposit.
  4. From the Account drop-down▼menu, select the account you want to deposit the money into.
  5. Select the box for each payment and ensure that the deposit total and selected payments match your deposit slip.
  6. Once done, select Save and close.
