I'll share some information about changing the primary admin in QuickBooks.
If you have contact with the recent primary admin on the account, you can ask them to log in to your Intuit account and update and enter the new admin from there.
If the current primary admin is no longer with the company, you can request to be the primary admin.

Yes, I’ve done all that. Even with tech support yesterday. It just would freeze after filling in form.. and “The Admin” was never with the company. It is literally a fraudulent account, linked to my bsnk accounts. That I’ve been chasing fior 3 years. Atleast now the Feds can’t keep denying my complaints to the FDIC, comptroller of the currency, and CFPB.
Also, and this is important. When I found this account, it listed two ways to sign in. So eventually the investigative side of me switched and used my phone number instead of email. It states there is another account but I can’t access it because it’s not my email. I have notified AOL. But I really would like to see that accoubt as well. Also, I’ve been trying to get the data from this account for 3 weeks, to give to the feds. It said if o paid to resubscrive all data would be here. When I download data, it’s literally an empty folder..
I’ve tried that link more times. It does not let me hit the next button after I answer the first three questions. I answer that I want to transfer admin to online account, then LLC, then “I’m the owner”. But nothing happens
