Buy now@katarrants May help to elaborate on where exactly these transactions are not appearing. Question is fairly vague.
When I look at my transactions in Quickbooks SE, it looks as though I had 0 expenditures and 0 income for the entire month of August starting on the 6th and the entire month of September as though QB was not connected to my bank during that time. I refreshed my banking connection but they still don't show up. Why did this happen and how can it be easily corrected?
None of the transactions from my bank are appearing. My income and expenditures are listed as 0$.
@katarrants Hmm... Well, I usually enter things manually, but there's been probably a couple dozen threads lately asking about bank feed problems.
Likely as not, QBO screwed the pooch here somehow and haven't gotten around to realizing that they did, let alone started fixing it.
I'll help you get past this issue in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), katarrants.
Before anything else, it would be helpful if you could provide the financial institution you're associated with so I can check if there are any ongoing investigations related to it. This way, I can provide a more tailored solution for your concern.
Additionally, I recommend logging into your bank's website. Look for any alerts, messages, or notifications regarding ongoing system maintenance that might be affecting transaction flow into QuickBooks. Furthermore, be sure to check for any announcements about new security requirements that could impact the connection.
In the meantime, you can either add the transactions manually or import from a CSV file. Here's how you can import your transactions to QBSE with a CSV file:
