Join nowHello @jhzbookkeeping,
You can a new account by starting from scratch with a new email address. Let me show you how.
Normally, an account with self-employed requires an email address for a subscription since it'll be automatically used as your username with logging in to the account.
With this, you can start a new account by going to our QuickBooks Plans and Pricing page. From there, you can select Self-Employed under Freelancer to start your new journey.
Additionally, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.
If you have any other questions, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.
You may need another email address to open the second QBSE account.

As suggested on this thread, you’ll need a new QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription with another email address to create or open a new account.
You can visit our Plans and Pricing page to see the available plans, popular resources, and features. Once decided, you can select the Buy now button to get started.
Then, see this guide to learn more about the version, how to get set up, and how the program tracks everything throughout the year: Basics of QuickBooks Self-Employed.
