Turn on suggestions
Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.

You will see several things that can be turned on and off, one is "Automation" > Pre-fill forms with previously entered content
You can manually disable it by clicking the X button, aldotcom. Let me discuss it further below.
If you meant the Suggested Transactions window on the invoice page, it will automatically populate if your customers have outstanding transactions that can be linked to your invoices, such as billable expenses or billable time. You can turn it off by clicking the X or back arrow button.
If you're referring to the transaction itself, you can follow what KimAnnVA outlined above to disable it.
However, please provide additional details if this isn't the case and if you mean something else regarding the suggested transactions.

The prefill forms button is already turned off. I am creating many invoices and the every invoice I have to delete the suggested transaction. It is quite annoying. What else can be done?

Thanks for chiming in on this thread.
After turning off the general "Pre-fill forms" setting, suggested transactions can still appear on invoices if there are unbilled charges for that customer. To stop this, you must clear the suggestions box each time or go to the original transaction and remove it's "billable" status.
You can submit feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding a setting to fully delete the suggestions. Here's how:
