How do you reload transactions from bank account? I have some transactions that are incorrect and i want to reload and start over

I've got some easy steps to resolve your issue with incorrect transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. First, you'll want to exclude or delete those downloaded transactions that are incorrect.

Here's how to exclude:

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Mark all the incorrect transactions.
3. Click the Exclude icon.
    

Here's how to delete:

1. Open the transaction from the Transaction page.
2. Select the transaction.
3. Select Delete, then choose Yes to confirm.

Once done, you can re-import the correct ones or manually add them in your QuickBooks Self Employed account.

Export transactions from your bank:

1. Sign in to your bank’s website.
2. Follow your bank’s steps to download your transactions as a CSV file.
3. Set the date range for at least one day before the oldest transaction in the account in QuickBooks.
4. Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.

Import transactions in QBSE:

1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Imports.
   
3. Select the account you want to add the transactions into.
4. Select Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. It's usually in your Downloads folder.
5. Select the file and select Open to start the import.
6. Review the column headers and data. 
7. Select Continue to complete the import.
