You can edit the memorized transactions and select the Do Not Remind Me option. That way, the memorized transaction won't add to your reminder list. Let me guide you how.
In your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT):
- Go to the Lists menu.
- Select the Memorized Transaction.
- Right-click on your mouse and select Edit Memorized Transaction.
- Select Do Not Remind Me and click OK.
