How to fix Chase bank feed in QBO?

Hi there, @Kazsnafix.

I'm here to help you fix your Chase bank connection with QuickBooks Online for your transactions to flow perfectly into your QBO account.

Here's how to check different areas of your accounts to find missing transactions:

  1. Manually update your bank connection in QuickBooks Online.
    1. On the left menu, hover over Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
    2. Choose your Chase business checking bank feed, then click the Update button.
  2. Check around the Banking menu.
    1. While on the Bank Transactions page, check out the For Review, Categorized, and Excluded tabs for the transactions.
  3. Check your bank account from your bank's website to see if any issues could have caused the problem.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support to investigate this case further and apply a solution as soon as possible.

After getting your transactions flowing into your QBO account, you can also consider categorizing them into their designated accounts.

Please don't hesitate to reply below if you have additional concerns besides fixing your Chase bank connection to your QuickBooks Online account. I'm always here to assist you.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter the same problem?

How to fix Chase bank feed in QBO?

Thanks for the question. That had occurred to me and I had the same problem in both private windows and in another browser altogether. The Update button (which I did not notice way up there on the upper right) worked though!

The Update button worked! I just never noticed it an all my googling and searching this community for "my bank feed stopped working" did not turn up the simple explanation to click Update. Thanks much.

Wow the threading on this forum is really weird ... replies do not go under the post that I clicked Reply on. I feel so lost in QBO world!!!! Just a random comment here about the forum itself.
