My non-profit organization is switching from one online QB account to a new one to take advantage of NFP pricing. I would like to transfer our old version to the new one including all the data, financial transactions, etc. Is this possible? If not, can I at least copy over the Chart of Accounts and balances?

I would recommend to convert your data to QB Desktop and use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then you can run the Condense Data utility in QB Desktop to remove old data and only convert some portion of it to the new QBO account provided by TechSoup.
I am wondering if you were ever successful with this? If yes, may I ask how you achieved it?
