I can share some information for you to update your online banking password in QuickBooks Desktop.
When updating your online banking password in QuickBooks Desktop, you'll need to make sure you already created a new one from your bank's website. Once you have the new information, we'll need to disable and re-enable Bank Feeds to add the changes. Please be reminded that this process does not cancel your services with the bank.
Follow these steps to deactivate Bank Feeds:
Go to the Lists menu.
Choose Chart ofAccounts.
Right-click on the account you're deactivating then click Edit Account.
Go to the Bank Feed Settings tab.
Select Deactivate all online services.
Select Save & Close.
Once done, you can now re-setup your account for Bank Feeds using the new password. Doing this will help you pull up the most current data from the bank server during re-setup. You can check out this article for the complete instructions: Set up an account for Bank Feeds
