Hi- I am having the same issue with a credit card that I linked to Quickbooks. Only 3 of over 40 transactions transferred and I do not know how to fix the issue.

I appreciate you adding your first post to this forum, @cathsand-sanders, and @PetraV. Let's perform some steps to restore your missing bank transactions to get the accurate balance of your entries.

Bank maintenance may affect this behavior. You can refresh your bank feed to bring your missing entries. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on Banking at the left pane, then go to the Banking page.
  3. Choose your bank, then Update.Cursor selecting the Update button on the Banking screen in QuickBooks Online - animated

After that, go to the For Review tab to see the result. If the transactions are added, you can start categorizing them.

If not, I suggest preparing an Excel CSV file for your entries. Then, upload them to QuickBooks manually. I'm adding these articles as your guide:

Once everything is in place, your final step is to reconcile your account to ensure your books are accurate and don't have any duplicate transactions. You can skim through the resources from this link as your reference: Reconcile transactions that are older than your opening balance in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for reaching out. If there's anything else you need help with QuickBooks or your banking transactions, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm more than happy to assist you again. Have a good one!
