Let's make sure you turned on the auto-add option when creating a bank rule to add and match the transactions. I'll guide you how:
- From the left panel, click Banking, then select Rules.
- Click New rule or Edit the rule you've created.
- At the lower left of the page, check the box beside Automatically add to my books.
- Click Save.

After you create an Auto-add rule, any transactions on the For Review tab that meet the conditions are automatically added. However, if the transaction is under multiple rules, you'll have to choose which rules this should be added.
