Hello there, experience.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community about your concern. It’s my priority to help find the recorded transactions.
Before performing any troubleshooting, may I know how many companies do you have? This is to isolate if the issue is about the login information or browser-related.
If you have more than one account, make sure to enter the correct login credentials for each one. This is to ensure you’re accessing the right company (recorded entries).
However, if you only have one company, let’s perform the browser troubleshooting. You can start by opening QBSE using a private or incognito window. The procedure blocks the cache from saving your browsing data.
To open up private browsing:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer).
- Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).
If you’re able to see the recorded transactions, switch back to your regular browser to clear the cache. When you visit a website, the browser stores information, files, downloads, etc. Clearing the cache helps applications run better on your computer.
If none of these suggestions work, I recommend contacting our QBSE Team for further assistance. They have tools to investigate the root cause of the issue and assist you in finding the missing entries.
- Click on the Assistant icon in the upper right to open the QB Assistant window.
- Type in the issue or topic in the Type something field box.
- If you want to speak with our support agents, enter Talk to a human.
For future reference, let me share these resources to help add transactions manually or using a CSV file. From there, you’ll find instructions on how to enter entries using a mobile device.
Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance while working in QBSE. I'm more than happy to help. Have a great rest of the day.
