Welcome to the Community, jackiegaspar90-h.

When you connect your bank account with QuickBooks, pending transactions won't be downloaded. The connection only downloads transactions once they're no longer in a pending status and have been officially posted on your bank's site.

If you've confirmed the transactions are already officially posted, there's a few things you can try. I'd initially recommend manually updating your bank feed connection.

Here's how:

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Transactions.
  2. Access your Bank transactions screen.
  3. Select Update.
  4. Once the update finishes, check your For review tab to see if any new transactions showed up.

In the event your connection between QuickBooks and the bank expires, Intuit won't be able to bring bank transactions in to your account until you reconfirm consent. This means that any transactions which occurred during the disconnection period may have been lost:

Some other things you can try are checking around your Banking menu, reviewing the account history, and checking uncategorized accounts. You can find detailed steps for each process in our Find missing bank transactions article.

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely Friday!

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
