Hi there, @evelynmanspeaker.

Thank you for joining the Community. I'd be happy to help share some troubleshooting steps to delete the recurring transactions successfully.

To start, let's try to log in to your account using a private browser to start a new session and try to delete the recurring transactions. There are times that the browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing unexpected behavior while using QuickBooks.

Please refer to these steps based on which browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If you're able to see the Delete option, then the cache was probably the issue. If you clear your cache, then, you should be able to go through your normal workflow in a regular browser.

For additional help, I recommend calling our Phone Support to check what's causing the issue. They can also initiate a screen sharing session to help you get to a resolution quickly.

Here's how you can get in contact with our phone specialists: QuickBooks Online Customer Care.

That should do it.

Keep me posted on how things go once you've tried the steps above. I'll be glad to help you further. Have a great day.
