QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers several third-party applications that cater to your business needs and that work well with QuickBooks. Since you're unable to find the orders after QuickBooks has been integrated with the Pinnacle Cart, I recommend reaching out to the Pinnacle Cart support so they can double-check the setup and at the same time guide you with the setting so you can find those orders.
You can also explore and check some of our supported applications that you can use when using QuickBooks. To do so follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Choose Find apps.
