I have three etsy shops. Can all three be combined to one quickbook account?

Let me share with you some information and workarounds about connecting various accounts in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Currently, combining three Etsy shops in self-employed is unavailable. The QBSE subscription is valid for one account only. This helps you track your reports and transactions respectively and avoid jumbling the records.

You have two options to connect your multiple Etsy shops. 

Option 1: 

You can utilize the import features offered in QBSE. Make sure to download the transactions to Excel, then import them to your account. Let me show you how:

1. From your QBSE account, go to the Gear icon (⚙).
2. Click Imports. 
3. Select the account you want to add the transactions into or click the import transactions hyperlink.

       4. Tap Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. 

       5. Select the file and select Open to start the import.

       6. Review or map the column headers.

       7. Select Continue to complete the import.

Option 2: 

You may use another QuickBooks account. For now, I recommend checking our QuickBooks Plans and Pricing page to pick a product that fits your business needs. Open the trial account of QBO Plus to utilize the Class/Location feature to manage your Etsy accounts.

well that is disappointing. I have 2 shops and would like one spot for book keeping.

If you are using QBO Plus or Advanced, you may utilize the Class feature and integrate it with a 3rd party connector to reconcile transactions from multi Etsy accounts.

Otherwise, open the second QBSE account for your second Etsy account.
