I just switched from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks Online and my past bank reconciliations are not showing up in QBO account history? Is that normal?

There are some data that are not exported when you convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop. Let me share some information on how it works.

 

Reconciliation reports are one of that information that won't be imported. If the beginning balance in QBDT matches your balance in QBO, you can continue reconciling from where you stop. However, if it doesn't match, you may want to reconcile your account again. You can refer to this article for more detailed steps: Reconcile multiple months or years.
