Hi there, missca. Let me help you regarding the missing bank transactions you're experiencing right now inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, once your bank or credit account, some banks allow you to download transactions from the past 90 days, while others may provide up to 24 months of transaction history. Since the first month is missing, maybe only the past 90 days of transactions have been synced to QBO. If you want to sync the missing bank transactions, you can manually upload them to QBO. To avoid duplications and ensure accuracy, you should ask your bank for a CSV file of the month(s) that are not included in the transactions already in QBO. After that, here's how to upload the transactions:
- In Transactions, go to Bank Transactions.
- Choose the tile corresponding to the account from where you want to add the transaction.
- In the Link account dropdown, click Upload from the file.
- Choose Drag and drop or select files and decide the file you downloaded from the bank and click Continue.
- Select the account you want to download the transactions into in the QuickBooks account dropdown.
- To match the columns, follow the onscreen steps on how and hit Continue.
- Decide what transactions you want to import and select Continue, then Yes.
- Once finished, click Done.
