I need to record a withdraw of cash from my bank

Welcome to the Community, @charleysmaui.

 

You can add a transaction for your cash withdrawal and categorize it as a Personal withdrawal in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Let me walk you through the steps.

 

  1. From the left menu, click Transactions.
  2. Select Add transactions,
  3. Enter the information and the amount.
  4. Click the Select a category link, then search for Personal Withdrawal.
  5. Click Save.

However, if your bank is connected to your QBSE account, you can simply change the category into Personal withdrawal.
