After I manually change each transaction, what will happen to the starting balance?

Let me help you sort things up. If you mean by Starting balance is the Opening balance, nothing will change even after you manually undo the reconciliation of each transaction. However, if you notice unnecessary changes in the balance, you can edit the opening balance.
