Hi there, @DL45.
If you're having trouble accessing your bank registers, it's possible that you're experiencing browser-related issues. To rectify this, we can log into your QuickBooks Online account using a private or incognito window. Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in, go to the bank register again. If you can now access it using an incognito, return to your regular browsing history and clear its cache. If the issue persists, use another supported browser as alternative.
Once everything's fine, you may visit these articles to learn how to manage your transactions:
If you have more questions or concerns, don't hesitate to click the reply button below, @DL45. I'd be glad to answer them for you.
Thank you for the response.
I was able to access the registers, however, at times it regarded my request to see all transactions for all dates other time it disregarded that indication. Limited the register to just a handful of transactions.
Also, would like to know how to pull history on each transaction, see, in one window, all accounts tied to each transaction. As one can do in older desktop renditions of QB.
I had a bank transfer. I entered a memo on it and QB took that info listed it as the Payee. So the only way I found to correct that misinformation QB had entered, given the edit option did not bring that window in play, was to delete the transaction. But it was, as said, a bank transfer. So "Undo" action ought to have undone it totally. But it left it in one back account (the one it was transferred into), honored the undo action in the other account. Total garbage.
I'm glad you can access your bank register now, DL45. Your update and efforts are greatly appreciated. I understand the importance of your time and your business operations. I'm here to provide all the support you need.
When you filter your Bank Register to All Dates, you should be able to see all transactions. This unusual behavior you encounter could be due to browser issues. Since you have already followed the troubleshooting above, please let me know if you are still experiencing the same thing.
About your second concern, we can run the Journal report and customize it to get a comprehensive overview of all transactions and their associated account.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
Please see the attached screenshot for visual reference.
As for your last concern, your approach to undo the action is correct. I tested this on my end. I recorded a bank transfer and added details in the Memo field, but it didn't appear as the payee. See this sample as a reference.
In this case, I recommend contacting our technical team. Our experts can investigate this further and conduct a screen-sharing session to ensure a seamless process for recording transfers and categorizing your transactions.
Moreover, I'm adding these additional resources to help reconcile your transactions seamlessly in the future:
I'm here to assist every step of the way, so tell me how it goes after following the steps above. I hope everything goes well, DL45.
Thanks.
Will put it to task later.
' appreciate it.

Was able to run the report, however, it still limits me to just a small handful of transactions, irrespective of my indicating I want to see transactions for all dates.
Efforts to contact Tech help, as you suggested, only led me to a page asking me to consider upgrading. Have a side by side screen share (no one available now for such), but no option to contact tech, tell them the issue.
I would like to see my transactions in my bank registers. All of them.
Not just the ones QB thinks I should see.
I should not need to upgrade to be able to see such a basic.
It tells me to sign in, I was, am signed in.
It offers me payroll -- I have no need for that.
I appreciate your info and efforts, but so far, this on-line forum is disgusting.
The idea that one is paying a monthly fee to sign in to a bookkeeping system and then not be able to simply access your bank register, see all the transactions therein is, as said, disgusting.
I can imagine how this situation must feel, DL45. You have invested significant time following the suggested steps, and I appreciate it. Your feelings and experiences are valid.
When you connect your bank, your transactions will automatically imported on the For Review tab.
Please know QuickBooks solely relies on what your financial institution provides. You'll need to categorize or match them for them to appear on the Bank Register.
If you have a lot of transactions, you can click the Rows column and choose 300 by heading to the small Gear icon on the Bank Register page. If the number exceeds the limit, click the Next icon below. I'm adding a sample screenshot for reference.
There's no need for you to upgrade, as this process works for all QuickBooks versions.
