Welcome to Community space, @Sonia-g-.

I understand the need to move the money paid by SPICUS USA last September 15 to your Bank of America account. However, I need more information to provide the applicable resolutions to your situation.

Is your bank connected to QuickBooks Online? Where are your funds coming from? Can you share how you move them? Have you encountered any errors during the process? Any screenshots are appreciated to get me on the same page.

I'll be on the lookout for your response. It's my pleasure to help you.

Yes, my Bank of America account is connected to Quickbooks Online. However, Quickbooks Online doesn't show the recent transaction, whereas Quickbooks SelfEmployed does.

I appreciate you clarifying the issue, Sonia. Let me chime in and share some troubleshooting options to resolve your concern regarding your recent transaction not showing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're unable to locate the latest transactions or updates appear to be stuck, don't worry. Let's review some details to ensure the program resumes downloading entries.

First, let's perform a manual download by clicking the Update button. Doing so imports the latest transactions from your bank or credit card account.

If the issue persists, it's also possible that the problem is on the bank's end. To confirm, I recommend signing in to their website and checking for any messages, notifications, or alerts.

Please see this article for more in-depth information: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

For now, you'll want to manually upload the transactions into QBO. Before doing so, download the CSV file of your entries from your bank's website and ensure its in the correct format.

Please refer to these steps on how to upload:

  1. Go to Banking and select the tile for the bank account.
  2. Click the Link account dropdown and select Upload from file.
  3. Choose the file you downloaded from your bank, then  Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions and click Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen procedure and select Continue.
  6. Choose the transactions to import, then Continue.
  7. Select Yes, and hit Done.

Additionally, we recommend performing monthly account reconciliations to ensure they correspond to your bank statements.
