You can import your data from Shopify to QuickBooks Online (QBO) through a third-party app. Let me show you the steps below:
 

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Hamburger icon, then select Apps on the left pane.
3. In the Find Apps page, type in the search box “Shopify”.
4. Choose the third-party app that fits your preference.
5. On the App page, click on the Get app now button.
6. Follow on-screen instructions and confirm.

 
When you sync your Shopify account with QuickBooks, only your customers’ payments (income) and processing fees are imported. Your customer’s orders will be imported as a Sales Receipt.
