I have a client who converted from the desktop version to the online version. There has been a change in management so we do not have the desktop version. The bank accounts were reconciled incorrectly in the desktop version, is there a way for me to unreconcile these accounts in the online version? Thanks in advance.
Which QB Desktop year version did they use? You can open the last backup file on the trial license of a QB Desktop program to fix the reconciliation and convert it again to QBO.

Let me help you fix your reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can follow the suggested workaround that was shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA to correct your reconciled transactions.
Aside from that, you can also fix them inside QBO. Simply open your account's register and toggle your transactions reconciliation status until you undo them. Let me show you how:
