In Transactions >> Banking I used to see both the Bank balances

I only see the bank balance and not the actual QB Balances in this view. I have to go to the dashboard to see both.

It's possible that the section where you can see the actual bank balance is hidden, Greg_Fawcett.

Click the Collapse or Expand icon right below the Update button in the upper-right hand corner.

Just in case you can't still your actual bank balance, follow these steps to check if this is caused by a browser issue:

First, switch to an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

You can also use any of these browsers if you have them installed in your computer.

Second, log back in and go back to the Banking tab to check if you can already see the actual bank balance.

Third, if you can already see the amount, proceed to deleting your browsing history or stored cache. Follow the steps in this article for more details: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.
