Let’s get your concern with bank transactions sorted out to ensure that they are showing correctly based on how they should appear on your bank feeds.
The incorrect posting of the transactions is commonly caused by incorrect set up of the bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). It could be that you connected your real-life bank account to the credit card account in QBO or vice versa. You can refer to the screenshot below for the section I am referring to.
If you connected your bank account as a credit card. The transactions will appear the opposite. When you make a transaction with a debit card, the money for that amount is almost immediately deducted from your checking account. When you use a credit card, the money will be charged to your line of credit, giving you more time to pay the debt because you will pay it later.
In that case, you’ll want to disconnect your online banking and reconnect this to ensure that this is connected to the correct account in QuickBooks. However, if you verified that the set up is correct, you can exclude these transactions and manually upload them into your bank feeds.
