Hi there, @csm1956nc. I have the same issue with my bank transactions not being downloaded into QuickBooks. I contacted the support team, and they told me that there is a problem with the connection between some banks and QuickBooks. They are working on fixing it as soon as possible. In the meantime, they suggested that I manually import my transactions using a CSV file. This is not ideal, but it works for now. I hope they resolve this issue soon because it is very inconvenient to update my books manually.
