Posting here is a good choice, @wci_customs.
I can help you track your transactions or sales in any year in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To start with, we can run a report to see the transactions you’ve made on a specific date or year. Also, we can filter this according to the information we want to include in the report.
If you want to pull up a report, showing only the number of transactions. We can run a Transaction List by Customer report. Here’s how:
- Go to Report from the left menu.
- Find and open the Transactions List by Customer.
- Click Customize button if you want to add some columns to the report.
- Change the date to customize the Reporting Period.
- Then click Run report.
Once done, export the report into an excel file to determine the number of transactions quickly. On the other hand, if you want to know only the equivalent sales amount in a year, you can run a Sales by Customer report and set the Reporting period. Otherwise, you can check the gross or net profit in the Profit and Loss report.
Learn to customize a report according to your preference and focus on the details that matter the most. Also, you can utilize the memorize report feature in QBO. This way, you can use your previous customization.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with your transactions. I’m just around the corner to assist. Have a good one!
