I'd be pleased in sharing some information regarding bank and credit card connections in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First off, did you happen to receive any error messages while linking your bank and credit card accounts? If so, I'd like to ask for any additional information or screenshots so I can provide you with an appropriate solution. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
In the meantime, let me share some reasons why we can't connect your accounts:
If your bank and credit card accounts don't belong to the listed reasons above, you may consider searching for your bank in the following ways:
You can also try other listed versions of your bank's name. If you still can't link your bank or credit card account, this means this isn't supported. With this, I'd recommend requesting support for your bank.
Once connected, QuickBooks downloads your transactions, you'll want to review transactions and put them in the correct accounts. To help you with the process, feel free to utilize this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply and as always, you're always welcome to post any additional questions regarding bank and credit card accounts in QB. Keep safe.
