Landlord deposited money in my bank account so I can repair the store, what should I register it as?

I have QB online with online banking connected. Online Banking registered it "Billable Expense" it is obviously not a billable expense but to be honest I dont know what the entry should be for that deposit.

It is other income, then you spend it on repair expense

on the P&L income is reduced by expense and it will wash.
