Moving Deposits out of Payments to Deposit

And every community post I have read about this gets the same answers. So we dont waste time I want to clarify. I always add the app transaction first Like it says to do I never add the deposit from my bank account I always match the deposits still I have all these sales receipts and Deposits actually showing in the Undeposited Funds and when I am in the Undeposited funds account register I open up and look at these deposits and the bank account at the top always says its in my bank account not undeposited funds nowhere does it say anything about it actually being in there on the deposit but that is where the whole deposit is sitting even tho it is already MATCHED to my bank account

Your understanding is correct. When you create a deposit and match it to your downloaded bank transaction, deposit entry should no longer show up in the payments to deposit screen.

Cached data might be the reason behind this. Please know that once the browser's cached files have issues, QuickBooks functionalities may get affected. You can perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.

First, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys below for quick navigation:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check your payments to the deposit screen. If the said deposit didn’t show up, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run better. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

You can select an account in the Cash back goes to dropdown if it’s only necessary. Also, know that when you create a new deposit, the program automatically sets the account you used in your last deposit. You’ll want to change it, so entries are posted to others.

That cant be it. I tried incognito and a different browser. They are all still there.

And im still not sure what you mean with the cash goes back box. And this is an ongoing problem every week when ebay sends my payout. Could it be a bug with the New Ebay Managed Payments app? I hope not bc I really want everything to be set up right from the beginning of the year but there is not much information out about this new app. There is only one page posted about it and all it says is how to set it up in a few basic steps. I know its not one of my settings because I followed the instructions to T and there are only a couple basic options anyways. There doesnt seem to be a way to get very much control on my end its all straightforward.

That doesnt even make sense I only made one post and then I replied to it. Which is the post you just posted your comment on with a link that brings you to this  exact post. There's only one post and we are both on it. And her answer didnt solve my problem which is why I replied to it explaining how it wasnt solving my problem. I dont understand your reply in this thread when it did nothing whatsoever. Not to be mean but it kind of looks like you were replying just to say you did it cuz it was in no way helping or like you have even read any of these messages. If you had you would have said something in regards to what was being asked.

Sorry but does this mean we are just giving up on this problem? Cuz that is frustrating I really Just want someone to actually read what I am saying and answer it as if you are actually in a conversation. The repition is  pointless and drags it on. I dont understand how such communication is difficult here. Its not like you could miss hear or not catch something. Its written in a huge post to read!

She tried to answer my question but it didnt help so I replied thats all I never made another post and another one does not exist. 

I still need help if someone could read what I wrote please. Its not the browser. My UF is full of sales receipts and deposits now.
