Multiple Deposits on Hold

Trying to navigate the Idiocy of QuickBooks nightmare "Resolution Center". Had all of my deposits held with no notification/emails/phone call and nothing in the resolution center. After getting someone on the phone with limited English skills who I was barely able to understand, found out that they had to update my banking information even though nothing had changed, there was just a brief 24hr. hold I put on the account to investigate an unknown charge. The genius I was talking to, after having to endure 20mins of irrelevant questions finally told me that I needed to update the banking information. But nothing had changed. Then he told me I should use my personal checking account, which anybody would know would not accept a transfer from a business name. Then he said that he had to escalate the case and get a letter from my bank but could not tell me what I needed. Now I have to just sit and wait for them to contact me, of course you can't call them, while my money is trapped in Quickbooks.  In any other situation this should easily be resolved with a quick phone call but Quickbooks seems to be the industry leader in making things insanely complicated and could not care less about the economic damage that it's policies have on small business. I hope that the time frame that I was given was not just nonsense and they will actually live up to it. But based on the comments here it's usually not the case.

I'm sure this post will get the same boilerplate cut & paste response as everyone else here while my business suffers.

I appreciate the sentiments, but I hope it's not just lip-service. If the information I was given is true, I'll have a solution the the resolution center with exact steps by 8am tomorrow and a final resolution 2 days after that, which means my funds will be in my account by Friday. If not, I was simply lied to and it's time to find a company that values it's customers and respects the trust that business owners place in it to safeguard their financial interests.

There is absolutely no issue raised by Quickbooks with the transactions in question and nothing has changed with my banking information. This is an illogical overreaction to a simple issue.

Well, Unfortunately the 24hrs. timeframe to receive instructions on how to correct this was, as I feared, a lie It's pretty clear that the customer service agents are trained to just put people off while "escalating" issues to a department that has no way of being contacted. Maybe I'll get another friendly AI response telling me how they understand what I'm going through, etc, etc, etc but will offer absolutely no information that can in anyway be helpful.

I've attached the lovely message I get from the "no" resolution center assuring me "EVERYTHING GOES WELL"

Was your deposit released?

I am on my 33rd day and 38th phone call, and something like 15 help tickets or escalation tickets to them with nothing but "please give it 24 to 48 hours to process" for 33 days now.
