I appreciate your for raising this concern here, Halcherney.

Let me direct you to the best possible help to explain the reason for the sudden closure of your account and what will happen to the money in it.

Before anything else, please know that if you're utilizing a Merchant account, it won't be closed unless the account's owner requests it. Also, you'll receive an email explaining why you're account is no longer active.

Furthermore, we'll need to gather some personal info to verify your account and identify the root cause of why you're account isn't active anymore.

With that in mind, I recommend contacting the Payments Support Team to check your account and advise what action you need to take to recover your account and get your money.

Feel free to click these links to reach them without logging in to your account: Chat with us or via Merchant Service Center.

Once you access your account, you can read this article to learn how to track the deposit speed of your customer payments: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Leave a comment below if you have additional questions about account management. We'll reply as soon as possible. Keep safe, and have a good one.

If you do a search of this site, you will see that this happens A LOT.  Many posters say they have to submit their documents multiple times.
