I'm here to help you bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO), userdcavanaugh.
Once your bank account is connected, QuickBooks automatically downloads your transaction. Since the bank data are missing, there are several reasons why this occurs. And I've listed them below:
For now, let's perform a manual update to download the missing entries from your bank. I'll guide you how.
For more information about the process, I encourage you to check out this article: What To Do if Bank Transactions Won’t Download?.
If the issue persists, I suggest updating your bank account sign-in information. This helps re-establish the connection.
Additionally, I've included an article that'll guide you in reviewing your bank data. Doing so helps you ensure your books are accurate: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions.
Keep us updated if you have other questions about connecting your bank with QuickBooks. This way, we'll be able to assist you.
Again today, balances updated and no transactions were brought over. It did ask me to re-log into the bank account before the balances updated. BTW - it is Fifth Third if that helps you figure it out.
Thank you for reaching back out to the QuickBooks Community, userdcavanaugh. Since the balance is updating yet there are missing transactions, let's double-check to make sure this isn't browser-related. First, use a private web browser and log into your program. This method eliminates store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause problems.
Once you are signed in, check to see if the transactions have been downloaded. If so, this would indicate that your cache needs to be cleared. Clearing cache will remove data corruptions, allowing the page to load a clean copy. Depending on your browser, follow this link to clear the cache. In the meantime, you can refer to this article to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
If you're still encountering any problems, don't hesitate to let us know. My team and I will be here to assist you. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Tried in an incognito window in Chrome and still only get the balance as of 11/24, but no transactions.
