Let's update your bank connection to retrieve the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @buckjacob12.

Before we proceed, could you please let me know which bank you are using and whether this is your first time connecting to it?

Please note that QuickBooks relies entirely on the data provided by your financial institution. The amount of historical transaction data available for download depends on your bank's policies. If this is your first time connecting an account, some banks allow access to transactions for up to 90 days, while others may provide up to 24 months.

Also, ensure your transaction filters are correctly set, as missing transactions may be hidden due to incorrect date ranges or applied filters.

On top of that, missing transactions often occur due to disruptions in the connection between your bank and QBO. I recommend checking your bank's website for any announcements about ongoing system maintenance or changes.

If your bank's side shows no alerts, you can use the refresh button in QuickBooks to manually update your connection:

  1. Go to the My Apps tab and select Accounting.
  2. In the Bank Transactions section, click the account's tile to select it for refreshing.
  3. Then click Update.

After, check if it works. However, if the issue persists, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file to keep your records up to date.
