I appreciate what you've done on your end, Luis. No worries. I can help you with the troubleshooting steps and route you to the appropriate support.
Error 350 occurs when connecting your bank or credit card expires and if there's an update from your financial institution. It requires reconnecting every 90 days or every 18 months, depending on your bank. Moreover, you can check your bank's website if there are notifications that you need to confirm for a consistent connection with QuickBooks.
However, in your case, which asks you every time you want to download transactions, I recommend connecting them in a private window. Private window will prevent your browsing history from being saved.
You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on what type of browser you're using:
If this works fine from there, go back to your regular browser and clear your cache.
On the other hand, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team. This way, they'll be able to investigate why your bank keeps on disconnecting, as they also have the appropriate tools to address your concern.
In addition, you'll want to check this article and learn how to categorize transactions uploaded to QuickBooks Online: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I'll keep an eye out in the comments if you need additional assistance managing your bank feeds. Have a good one.
Thank you MAnneJ,
I did what you suggested and it still keeps disconnecting. I'll try contacting Customer Support as you recommend.
Regards,
Luis
