Same for my Capital One bank accounts.
I appreciate your time bringing up this situation in the Community, @accounting343.

Our Capital One Business Checking account has not been able to sync and update over last 4 days. Our Saving account was able to update but not Checking. Please let me know when this issue is corrected. Thanks
Hi there, @glynn-leach!
Our engineers have already closed this on-going investigation as Resolved last April 16. With this, let's manually update your bank accounts so you can keep track of your transactions.
But if your online translations still won't update, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They have the tools to pull up your account, securely, and perform the needed steps to resolve this sudden issue. You can do so by following the steps shared by my colleague, @LieraMarie_A, above to reach our dedicated support.
Lastly, here's a few articles you can read for ideas in managing your bank account and transactions: Banking and Bank Feeds.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be happy to lend a hand.
This happened to us as well! I only log into quicks books 1-2 times per year to do my taxes. Capital one did NOT import and there were NO error messages and NO alerts. All of my chase accounts were importing fine all year, but capital one DID NOT update until I logged this week!
I am very upset I had to manually researching what dates were missing and then had to download multiple reports back into quickbooks because your system cannot import more than 1000 lines of transaction data!!! I had thousands of transaction in one year from capital one!
I was missing March - October 2020! This needs to be fixed ASAP. What is the point of me using quickbooks if I must log into capital one which has half my transaction data? It should import on it's own daily if it is already connected! I am very upset by this. I have to log in in each month now just to click UPDATE on my two capital one cards? That is NOT GOOD.
If I must click update in the dashboard, the LEAST quickbooks can do is at least go back 400 days if people only log in once per year to do their taxes! Or you can email us and say "Your Capital one card has not updated new transaction information in 60 days. Please be sure your account is updated or click "update on the quickbooks dashboard."
My Capital One account always says the connection is fine, but it does NOT auto import until you log into quickbooks and have have to click UPDATE and then it only updates a few months back. That needs to be fixed. I was missing many months because I only log into annually to do my taxes.
Thank you for the details you've provided, SellerSavings.
We currently have a reported issue about missing transactions for Capital One. Our engineering Team is diligently working to fix this as soon as possible.
The workaround available right now is to manually import the transactions via Bank Data import or CSV. I've got this article for the instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
To get notified once the issue is resolved, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can add your company information to the list of affected users.
