My PNC bank feed has not updating since around Nov 15, 2022. Is this a known issue?

The feeds for other bank and credit card accounts have "Edit sign in info" and "Edit account info" links when you click on the "pencil" icon of their feed. The PNC account feed only has a "Edit account info" link. The feed is able to successfully log into the PNC account as the account balances matches what is in the account.  The amount shown in the bank feed summary is what was in the account on Oct 31.

Additional info: During the process of troubleshooting this, I toggled the account link for the PNC account "Off", thinking I could toggle it off then on to reset the link.  That ended up deleting the PNC feed. So I added the feed back in without issue, requesting that the transactions back to 11-1-2022 be imported.  The process completed without displaying any errors.  Problem is, no transactions were imported to the feed. The feed shows a $0.00 bank balance which is incorrect, the "in Quickbooks" balance is from Oct 31.  Subsequent updates to the bank feeds work properly for all accounts except PNC which goes on for over 6 minutes before it eventually shows a green checkmark.
