New Chase (All) Bank feeds not downloading all transactions

Thanks for joining this thread, cecysabat1. I appreciate your detailed information.

Since you've received a new card, you'll need to connect it initially to be able to download transactions from the card issuer. The way you connect an account with QuickBooks will depend on what's available from your bank. You can connect with Direct Connect or Web Connect.

Here's how to connect with Direct Connect:

  1. You'll need a PIN or password from the financial institution to use this method. After you set up your account, you can download electronic statements into QuickBooks. Be sure to confirm with your bank if there's any fees for using Direct Connect.
  2. From Banking, go to Bank Feeds.
  3. Click Set Up Bank Feeds for an account.
  4. In the Enter your Bank's name field, type their name and choose an appropriate selection.

If you're enrolling for the first time, click your Enrollment Site link. You may need to apply for Direct Connect. If the financial institution needs to approve an application, be sure to contact them and ask if you need special log in credentials.

After enrollment:

  1. Click Continue.
  2. Enter your Online Banking user ID and Password.
  3. Hit Connect to connect QuickBooks to the bank's server.
  4. Pick an account you want to connect with your account in QuickBooks.
  5. Select Finish.

In the event you need to connect with Web Connect (.QBO) files, you can refer to the steps in our Set up or edit bank accounts for Bank Feeds article.

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely Tuesday!
